The most popular cake from Brač is called hrapoćuša (known as Dol’s cake too). This dessert is often referred to as a sweet aphrodisiac, and the main ingredient is walnuts. The cake has been declared a protected cultural asset of Croatia. Besides this cake, some of the must-try recipes are hroštule, paradižet, and fritule.
