The house was recently given a full makeover, equipping its three rooms with all the amenities and comfort you need for a perfect stay. Two of its three rooms have deluxe extra wide double beds and they all look out on the gorgeous garden that extends to the countryside and sea.
Each room is ensuite with a smart TV and Netflix, fresh milk is provided daily along with tea and coffee. Breakfast is served in the Sun Lounge, and guests can choose between full Scottish or continental spread. For guests who have special dietary needs, requests can be accommodated if made before arrival.
We spend two nights at the HeartSeed House Bed and Breakfast and we don’t have words to express how amazing our experience was. The couple that runs the B&B does it with love, from the moment you step in you feel like part of the family. It’s a small bed and breakfast with private parking, which is an extra point for us. The breakfast was outstanding, and the views amazing. No doubt HeartSeed House is one of the top accommodations in Dornoch.

The Steading
